  3. Log in, tap [User Information] and select [Redeem Code].
  4. Enter the gift code and hit [Exchange] to proceed.
  5. Congratulations! Your rewards should arrive.

Grand Prize Winner: Different instructions will be provided via email.


Pre-Registration Milestones:
  1. Keep an eye on your email for the redemption code
  2. Download Petopia from Google Play Store or App Store and create an account.
  3. Log in, tap [User Information] and select [Redeem Code].
  4. Enter the gift code and hit [Exchange] to proceed.
  5. That's it! Your rewards are on the way.

Important Note: The code is valid for 15 days upon receiving the email
